For companies & CSR funders

Are you Ready to Support Schools?

Are you willing to support schools and digital equity across the UK?

The Future Ready foundation (FRF) looks to secure donations from company sponsors or government funding streams to invest in education and training programmes linked to our 3 core programmes.

Those looking to make donations from their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) fund can work with the FRF to design a specific programme that aligns to their company ethos and goals, meets CSR requirements and empowers schools and other organisations to make a difference.

What a pledge looks like

Example programmes

Two of the ways companies have chosen to put their CSR fund to work. Every programme is designed with you.

Example Programme 1

Techie Tom

Pledge part of your CSR fund to sponsor a Techie ‘Tom’ in a local primary school and help to reduce the likelihood of a school leaver becoming NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) by sponsoring their salary and training them how to empower primary students with the opportunities that technology offers.

Each techie Tom comes with branded T-shirt with your organisation’s identity on the back, and a branded curriculum kit.

Example Programme 2

Provide Virtual Reality Student Experiences in Schools

£6,000 – £15,000

Many students, particularly in disadvantaged areas, will have little or no opportunity to travel and experience the world, but with Virtual Reality (VR) we can immerse students in environments to help them with their learning, raise aspirations and breakdown barriers.

Fund a school with a set of VR headsets designed specifically for the classroom along with teacher training and access to curriculum-aligned content to ensure the technology is used effectively to enhance the curriculum.

Monitoring Impact

Evidence, and then one step further.

The FRF understands that organisations making CSR donations require evidence of the support we are providing with their donation. At the FRF, we prefer to go one step further.

For donations of more than £30,000 we include:

  1. Quarterly update meetings

Meetings to share progress and impact reports. (Optional)

  2. A written impact report

Either at the end of the sponsored project, or annually for longer-term activities.

  3. A professional video case study

A 2–3-minute case study capturing the true impact of your donation, which includes your branding as the donor.
