We strive to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment that empowers students to reach their full potential and prepares them for a successful future in the digital age.
We enable partners to channel their Corporate Social Responsibility funding into initiatives towards fostering impactful change in schools.
The goal of the Future Ready Foundation (FRF) is to ensure people of all ages and diverse backgrounds have equal access to quality education, training, and opportunities in an ever-increasing digital society.
Our aim is to foster inclusive learning and empower individuals by raising their potential to succeed in a modern digital future.
We achieve this by engaging closely with partners and donors to direct CSR funding into impactful projects that support educational change and reduce the digital skills divide.

Meet the Trustees
Trustees are responsible for controlling the work, management and administration of the charity. No trustee receives any remuneration, payment or benefit from FRF.

Kevin Maton
Chair: Local Gov.
Kevin has worked in economic development for 30 years and has been local councillor since 1987. He has a particular interest in community and social enterprise.

Trustee: Education
Caroline has spent over 16 years teaching in, and leading, UK state schools. She is dedicated to action and advocacy that enhances equality of opportunity.

Paul McLaughlin
Trustee: Media
Paul has over 20 years’ experience of working in the media industry and presenting and producing an award-winning breakfast show alongside teaching at an Academy specialising in Arts, Film and Radio production.
